So, Easter was a bit of a mess this year because each one of us got the stomach bug at different times leading up to Easter, and Mom was lucky to get the bug on Easter with Dad coming down with it the day after Easter. Thanks to Grandma and Goggie, Alexis and Michael were still able to hunt eggs and enjoy the holiday. Alexis was some what confused this year about Easter because Sunday School, her dance teacher and I all tried to teach her about the true meaning of Easter to which she replied, "but Jesus isn't a bunny." There's always next year. Unfortunately, the kids missed the big egg hunt at church - we were really looking forward to Michael throwing elbows to get to the eggs. We had him in strict training, so I guess we'll have to wait for next year and hope for the best! Happy Easter!
